Kate turns FIVE!

This sweet baby girl of mine turned me into a mother for the third time 5 years ago…and I couldn’t be happier with her for changing a bit of my identity and lifestyle with a whole lot of sparkle, the color pink and a ton of shiny nail polish. She woke up grinning the moment her mom, dad and two brothers quietly tiptoed into her room and serenaded her with a sleepy "Happy Birthday" song. I hope you suck every last ounce of happiness out of this day. We love you, Katherine Elizabeth Kazmaier :)

Holly Jolly Christmas

From school programs, to Christmas parties, to trips to see extensive light displays at Longview Lake, a 2 hour wait at Union Station to see Santa and the Santa Express Train, Christmas mass, to dinner and family time. Another magical, storybook Christmas down.

New Years Eve 2012

Little Kate and I got all gussied up for a dinner party and NYE celebration with Nataliya's parents in Lenexa, KS. A fabulous meal, a little dancing, a little karaoke (We rocked out "Pour some sugar on me"). Kate danced her little heart out, made it to midnight and crashed on the couch. The following day we celebrated Mark's birthday at Katie's. It's always a treat to have my ENTIRE family together under one roof. So sad to see Tommy and his family head back to California. :(
